TWO POSITIONS in the WINTER PARK area. 32789. BOTH are ON-GOING positions. Short-term holiday work is also available too! House Assistant - Extra hands in/outside the house. Think about what you do around your own home. Lawn care, pool, cleaning, organizing, errands, pet care (large dogs), and so on. Whatever is needed, be able to pitch in to the best of your abilities. Minimum 3 days a week required (Monday/Tuesday and Friday). Can definitely use extra help on Wednesday and Thursday if you have the availability. Start time each day would be 9am, no work past 6pm. Hourly rate will depend on experience/skills. Pay will be cash, daily, then weekly. No documents required. Maintenance Tech - Home improvement/repair oriented projects at multiple properties. Think general maintenance items for day to day needs, anything from changing a toilet, fixing a clog, electrical outlets, etc. When free time exists, small renovation/improvement projects. You need your own basic hand tools and a battery operated drill. Everything else is either provided or obtained as needed. Minimum 3 days a week required (Monday/Tuesday and Friday), can be 5 days a week, and weekend work is available. Start time each day would be 9am, no work past 6pm. Hourly rate will depend on experience/skills. Pay will be cash, daily, then weekly. No documents required. **If you have advanced maintenance/improvement skills and work well independently, mention this in your inquiry. There's short term night/weekend work available.
