Landscape Maintenance 3 Properties in the Orlando area

Our company is looking for a person who will maintain the landscaping of 3 properties that we own in the Orlando area. The work involves cutting the grass, trimming where necessary, picking up tree limbs after storms, general maintenance around the garbage containment area and blowing off the parking lot when necessary. Our current person also does some irrigation repairs. So that would be a plus. This would be a permanent position for the right person. We would prefer to hire someone who will maintain the properties based upon the condition of the grass and landscaping. If the grass is not growing in the winter we expect to have you cut it fewer times each month. We would like to have at least 3 references prior to hiring anyone for this position. We prefer to pay monthly, but in some cases we can pay weekly, depending upon the deal that we can get with the person who applies for this position. We can pay by Zelle, credit card or by business check mailed to the contractor.
