German Short Hair Pointer/Lab Mix

We are unfortunately having to rehome our GSP lab mix. He is not AKC registered, but he is full blooded on both sides. We are having issues with keeping him in our yard and cannot afford for to find alternatives methods to keep him in at this time. He will be 2 years old on Feb 3, he is a very, very friendly dog. He is wonderful with other dogs and is used to being around kids, he is also great with them. He is trained, as far as knowing how to sit, stay, come, etc., but has been an outside dog for about a year now so I am unsure that he is still house broken.
