Join me for this exciting new class, yoga rebounding! We will use a rebounder(mini trampoline) to practice flexibility, balance, and fun safe movement. Rebounders(mini trampolines) will be provided. Each rebounder comes with a stability bar , if needed, for beginners. You can request upon arrival. This class will be held outdoors when the weather is nice and above 50 degrees. There is limited space indoors. The location of the class is outside/ inside a professional, residential gym in Bowie , Maryland. or a boutique wellness location in Annapolis, Maryland( on special occasions- ticket options will note Annapolis location with specific date(s) Join me for this exciting opportunity! Every other Saturday 8AM-9AM. Special Event Location and Times vary (noted on ticket options.)
