searching for a therapy dog

I am currently going through the worst PTSD, almost lost my life this week and I am just searching for a dog to help me get through life and to help me feel safer. I need a dog for emotional support and to help me cope with my flashbacks. Dog doesn’t have to be trained. I am willing to take any breed but would prefer a large breed. Please take into consideration when seeing this post that you would be doing a great honor for someone who came close to losing their life and is just trying to move forward.
