No prior experience is necessary and this event is perfect for first-timers and experts.  The Crown Chakra Cleanse will focus on clearing out your crown chakra and making room for mindfulness through the frequencies of the sound bath. All of this work is done with your breath and your mind…and a little help from the soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls! Rejuvenate and be inspired with this unique and energetically charge beautiful sound bath healing meditation. Remember your power, your sense of joy, fullness, love, and relaxation on a deeper level, and immerse yourselves in the beauty of sound healing, aroma therapy, and calming music.  The bowls are tuned to 432Hz, the Earth’s resonant frequency, as well as the 7 primary chakras. Allow the frequencies of the bowl to move old energy through your body and make room for new energies and vibrations. Bring your crystals or other sacred items you would like charged with the energy of the moment. Consider bringing your journal or notebook to capture what arises during this deeply healing experience. Most importantly, bring an open heart and mind with a desire to renew your mind, body, and spirit. This event is open to all beauty professionals and community members. This is a perfect time to re-align your and remember your purpose. Masks are currently optional. Individuals may choose to wear a mask for personal protection, and as always, we ask anyone who is feeling sick to stay home and rest up.
