The meeting will take place in the morning on Thursday, January 12 through the evening Friday, January 13. The meeting schedule will closely resemble that of our Winter 2020 meeting, and you may find the following big-picture overview helpful as you plan your arrival, departure, and evening activities. On Thursday, January 12, Check-in will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Call to Order will take place at 2:30 p.m., and we will end our afternoon meeting sessions with an evening reception and dinner from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. Hotel room blocks for the general meeting can be found at Willits-Hallowell Conference Center & Hotel in South Hadley, MA.
