**THE HEART OF THE EVENT** Lady Power Inc.’s 1st Annual Purple Power Jazz Brunch Fundraiser- Benefitting Wanda A. Roubleau’s Home Program. Providing resources and hope to marginalized moms surviving domestic violence. In honor and memory of Life advocate Wanda Roubleau, my mother, who transitioned in 2019. She was everyone's mom and provided a safe haven with her love and home to anyone in need; she advocated to protect those who couldn't protect themselves. Wanda envisioned a home-based facility where mothers would find refuge, be loved, be healed from domestic violence trauma and be the change in their family and community. We are humbled by the opportunity to continue her mission and serve these brave moms. Our Jazz Brunch Fundraiser will be full of FREE giveaways, bottomless mimosas, delicious food, jazz music, spoken word, healing, triumphant stories, joy and laughter! Motivational speaker and award-winning advocate Jamie Wright will be sharing her life experiences of resilience and how we can overcome difficult challenges too! We will have a marriage and family therapist Q and A session with great tools to help individuals and families heal and thrive. This is an exciting space for singles, those in relationships, elders, the stay-at-home and the entrepreneur to connect with one another. Also, there will be many amazing opportunities to win sought after prizes, so get ready to be celebrated, uplifted, and empowered! You do not want to miss this!!
