🎉 It's that time again parents! This Winter Break, keep your young athletes active with our youth performance camp. Our 5-day camp provides youth athletes with a fun and engaging environment to increase their athletic performance and body mechanics with the goal of becoming better athletes overall.

⚽ WHAT TO EXPECTPlease Note: While our camps are a ton of fun (the kid's words, not ours), this camp is intended to be challenging. Your athlete will be pushed to hustle and improve.
Weight training foundations and mechanics Speed & agility training Skills & footwork training Coordination & balance training Games, scrimmages & friendly competitions Water & Snacks🥎 WHO Regardless of sport, all athletes ages 8-12 are invited to participate.
🏀 TRAINERSConducted in coordination with our Doctors of Physical Therapy, this camp is led by the same performance trainers that work with our NFL, MLB, MLS, NCAA athletes.

Each Additional Sibling (Or Friend) For $99
Camp will be capped at 25 athletes to ensure the kids get the individual attention they need - so be sure to register your youth athletes before spots runout!
