Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am needing to re-home my buddy Tucker. Tuck is a 3 year old Golden Retriever who is the sweetest boy. He loves to play with tennis balls, rope, bones, and people all the same. He’s also content spending most of his day being a couch potato, as long as he gets some love. I would prefer he go to a home with a yard but he’s done fine in an apartment as long as he gets to go outside and run out some energy otherwise his curiosity can get the best of him and he’ll get into things that may have been left out. He’s done well with cats, though the love may not be the same as he loves to leave them soaking wet after licking them endlessly. He is dog selective, he prefers female dogs. This is likely due to him being attacked by a male dog in the past. I’m unsure how he is with kids as I don’t have any, but if I had to guess I think he’d do well. He’s a big baby and nothing really bothers him. He loves going on car rides and wants his window down regardless of weather, that being said, you’ll want to wear a nice warm jacket when you walk him in the winter cause he will happily lay out and make snow angels for as long as he can. He’s my best bud and I regret even being in this position but I’m relocating due to work and with the schedule I’ll be working it wouldn’t be fair for him to be cooped up all day. I had someone lined up to “foster” him for a bit while I got things better situated but they’ve now backed out. He’ll come with whatever food he has left, his toys, AKC paperwork, leash, harness, and food bowls with their stand.
