CARPENTER HELPER with skills needed for a deck project

I'm looking for assistance on a deck-building project. This project is only 36" off the ground so no ladders or heights. Pay is based on your "carpenter" skills/experience (which I will check out before we settle on a fair wage). Must have transportation to Ingles on the corner of Patton Ave and Leicester Hwy. If you show up, do the work I ask of you, you will be paid fairly. By the way, I cannot afford to hire those with drug abuse problems, including the drug "alcohol." A few of the footers are dug but there are several more footers to dig as the deck is rather large (12' x 42').
