Arts In Motion, Inc. Is hosting its first "AIM" Wellness Daytreat on January 7, 2023 from 9am-2pm at Gemini Studioz in Mobile, Alabama. The AIM Wellness Daytreat is an interactive retreat with four sessions designed to get you and your friends ready for the new year by teaching ways to officially let go of the mental, emotional, and relationship baggage that typically blocks us from achieving our personal goals. Each session will build up your courage, resiliency and confidence to accomplish those 2023 goals. Are you ready to see yourself differently in 2023?
