Odd jobs include: Hang new exterior roll blind when it arrives from Home Depot. (15 minutes) Take wall dresser and push it 3" back inside the bathroom wall. (three hours). We'll need a board to mount it to inside the wall. Then repair the wall where hole was cut. Build an in-and-out little cat door out of wood and tuck it inside the partially opened sliding glass door. Paint the wood so it won’t warp. (I’ll explain this better face to face.) (3 hours) Figure out why the ice maker inside the refrigerator freezer is not working and fix it. (why it is not making ice) (1 hour) Hang sea shell decorations that look like metal trees on bathroom wall. (15 minutes) Spot clean the carpets and two small chairs and one small sofa (2 hours) Repair about 8 cracked ceramic tiles. (2 hours) Make a rectangle that is 26" x 30" out of parallel cedar boards and put this rectangle up on the wall. Hang 44" TV on the bedroom wall. I lost my job and everyday I am spending money from my savings. People work as maintenance men at apartment complexes for $11 an hour. I am older and don't even have as much money as a large apartment complex. I am learning that a lot of felons, freshly out of jail, find craigslist ads and are desperate to have work, but I don't want drama or fear or theft or lies in my home. I just need to get these projects done at a price I can afford. If you don't like my price, just move on to the next ad. If you can't really do all of the various odd jobs on my list above and are simply desperate for money, just move on to the next ad. I really don't deserve to be robbed, lied to or scammed. I'm just looking for an honest individual who can assist with these projects. These ads attract a lot of replies, and I hope I will be wise enough to select the one good one. The furniture is arriving tomorrow from Missouri so hopefully we can get everything done in a few days. I cannot afford a team of two. I will hire one and only one individual. Thank you.
