Gateway Janitorial is looking for talented and self-driven individuals to fill the NEW role of Floor Tech Supervisor. Our team is responsible for multiple locations and projects currently across, but not limited to, St. Charles, St. Louis, Lincoln, and Warren Counties. In this job you will be providing support to active janitorial staff and provide independent and team floor care services while managing communication between customers, management, and support staff.  Responsibilities include:
 -To provide floor care services to all needed locations in a timely manner, including, but not limited to: stripping, waxing, buffing, extraction, and carpet care
 -Check on weekly basis that all locations are cleaned and maintained to a satisfactory standard 
-Any additional duties as directed by the Business Manager 
-To have the overall responsibility of the day to day cleaning operations
 -Providing services to locations when primary staff members are unable
 -Maintain high level customer service 
 -Keeping care of organization and cleanliness of areas and company vehicles used 
 

-Responsible, outgoing, punctual, quick on the feet, and resourceful
-Flexible as to work schedule; must be available to work some weekends, holidays, and in the event of emergencies, as needed 
-Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
