Rehoming my black kitty - will include cat stuff $40

I have a beautiful, chunky black cat that has been with me for four years. I had moved since then out of my parents and he was introduced to a dog. Unfortunately something about my new house, probably the dog, is stressing him out so much he’s in pain and I would like to find him a loving home with a calmer family. He deserves to be happy and it’s heartbreaking to me that he’s so stressed. I am willing to include any of the cat stuff I have if wanted (a cat tower, automatic feeder, litter boxes and toys. Whatever food and I treats I have left) He is a good cat who loves getting fed and cuddles. Doesn’t jump on counters but has a little bit of anxiety. I’ve tried everything to make him comfortable, but now I know that he needs something better. Please message me, adoption fee is $40 but willing to go down as long as he finds someone to love him!
