Can anyone tell me why people who prey on our children for their own sick disgusting reasons are ever allowed walk among us again after the destruction they have caused and lives they have ruined? This one is in our community. It thinks that passing different std's to the defenseless victims it gets in it's sights is funny and actually laughs about it ! I just don't get it.
