Needing a decent man to lend this gal a helping hand

hello everyone and happy holidays I am looking for somebody that knows something about batteries cars I have a new battery about six month old drove the car not even 80 miles and I left the lights on and it keeps need to jump but the touch up driver said the cables might have acid around it he said that maybe it needs to be clean I’m not sure but I have to keep calling them tow truck because I want to start it when it’s cold out and it just doesn’t start but as soon as they just touch it with the cables it just sat automatically like it’s acting like something is loose if somebody can just take a look at it and clean the cables if that’s it or maybe take the battery to O’Reillys get a fully charge because I left the lights on for three days straight. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but like I said it’s brand new from Walmart but it’s been over three months. It’s been six months but I haven’t even used it. If somebody could just clean the terminals and then put it back on the battery tight, maybe take it the battery to O’Reillys and let them fully charge it like I said it is brand new though, but I haven’t been running the car either If you help my battery situation you name any pie you would like me to bake for you this Christmas season
