We witnessed two people one male and one female with long hair verbally assaulting a young kid in the target parking lot. Their jeep is pictured here. He did nothing to instigate it and they drove off with a skeleton on top of the jeep. Anyone who can help with identifying them and this situation will be greatly appreciated.
