Responsible and ethical USMC Veteran hunter interested in leasing farmland, woods, overgrown fields, ponds, flooded woods, and swampland in Central/ Eastern North Carolina (Wake, Franklin, Granville, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Harnett, Johnston, Wilson, Nash, Warren and Vance) to hunt on. Minimum 5 acres to upwards of 750 acres. Willing to pay top dollar for the right piece of property and exclusive still hunting rights (NO Dog running). I am interested in deer, turkey, waterfowl (ducks and geese), and possibly bear. I will sign a release of liability, abide by all state/county hunting laws and regulations, and treat the property as if it's my own. You won't find a better lessee, guaranteed!
