why is a pos allowed to deal drugs 24-7, 365 at 3760 silina dr? either the VBPD is letting him or they are that stupid. it is so obvious with the constant traffic of people parking for 60 seconds or less that you would think they would have been arrested by now?!! #$%^ the vbpd, #$%^ drug dealing monkeys!
