Offices are scheduled to be cleaned every other week. We need an addition to the team who can show up, keep your head down, work, and get paid. Small team is sent out to handle offices to avoid low wages. Individual will not last with this company if you are late, under the influence, addicted to drama, or there for your own benefit. This small LLC has grown each year in operation, and we pride ourselves on being professional, swift, efficient, and disciplined - better than all other cleaners in the area showing up to work with a mentality of "just get it done" and we will continue to gain business throughout the industry with the right workers at hand. Starting off @ $30 per office cash, each office with a 3-man team taking about an hour if done right. The goal is to pay per office whether it takes 45 minutes, or two hours, thus motivating you to put your head down and get them done in an efficient manner. If an office is to be done by 1 person under special circumstances and able to do so, wages will rise well above $30 per office. No benefits or transportation provided at this time. You will be paid on the spot every time you work and if you leave early, you will be paid accordingly. Work is consistent and only growing, much more opportunity in the future. The work is there, and someone will get paid to do it, you'll either make the money or you won't. Drama free environment creates a team environment with productive thinking and tackling tasks without complaining, 1 male and 1 female team currently completing each office at 1.5 hours.
