Hi I have a male cockatiel I am looking to rehome he does come with a cage and there is a rehoming fee when I got him he was tame he does bite at times now and is not very friendly like he once was. He is about 1 yr and 3 months old now very beautiful bird whistles a lot. Would be open to trading for a female cockatiel that is about his age or younger.
