Need reroof - approx 12 squares

I need a reroof (HALF ONLY) of a 4000 2 floor residential building. Taking bids. This is easily walkable, very few penetrations and the side to be replaced is missing maybe 100 shingles. There is currently no known leak. I am looking for dimensional shingles. I estimate about 12-13 squares needed. You need to explain your bid briefly, in writing. You must have some background in roofing. Only interested in those who are local (within about 60 miles of Elizabethton) I prefer texts or email.
