IMMEDIATE: PREFER YOUNGER MALE OR FEMALE WHO HAS THE ENERGY AND STRENGTH TO DO THE POSITION. English speaking, on-time, reliable, energetic, honest, hardworking, dependable person who is mature person to clean, do laundry, linens, iron, walk dog (Shitsu) daily, organize and conduct other household chores as requested. Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Please no childcare issues, drugs or alcohol. This is a 4br - 2 1/2 bath home. Only 2 brs are used the other 2 are guest rooms. There are 2 full baths and 2 half baths. This is in a gated community with a 24 hours 7 day a week live security guard. This is a permanent position 5 days per week. This is immediate and is paid cash (15.00-20.00 per hour) depending on experience and skillset through Venmo or Zell every Friday. Must be physically and mentally fit and capable of performing the position.
