2 properties I need. 1 in Sebastian, 1 in Vero. Both 2 stories. Must see and quote. Work to start this week. Vero - Need washed well to prepare for painting. Soffits in bad shape with paint peeling. Windows old must be careful around them. Sebastian - Need mold and mildew removed from siding with soft wash (siding will not be painted so must look good). Mold removed from trim and soffit (trim and soffit will be painted). Clean up walk ways and driveway. Plants must be protected You must have professional equipment and license Start this week.
