We are seeking a Part-Time Cleaner to join our team! We are seeking people who ENJOY CLEANING, clean EXTREMELY well, and have a true eye for detail. Someone who takes pride in a job well done is dependable, hard-working, and honest. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Tasks include but are not limited to: Thoroughly cleaning offices, bathrooms, and kitchens, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning appliances. There may be times when you will be partnered with another team member as duties are equally split. We take pride in offering quality service to our clients and only seek people who desire to give the same result. Responsibilities: Reporting to the work site(s) on time Keep units and properties in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning and vacuuming floors, disinfecting entire units, offices etc Perform routine cleaning evaluations Organize custodial closets, supplies, and spaces as needed Maintain working condition(s) of cleaning equipment Requirements: Reliable/insured personal transportation valid Driver's License Pass with a clean full background check Must be willing to travel every time you work, driving from home to work sites in your personal vehicle is required to complete jobs Punctual for work and job sites Must be able to clean in a detailed manner and move with speed at a moderate pace Has a positive and optimistic outlook Customer service oriented Friendly, reliable, mature, and professional Qualifications: Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields REQUIRED Ability to handle physical workload Ability to prioritize Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills High diploma preferred Job Type: Part-time Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Experience: Professional cleaning: 3+ years (Required)Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)Work Location: One location
