OK, unfortunate things happen. While you are looking for Mr Perfect.... If you need a last minute fill in drummer, I might be the person. I probably have been gigging longer than you've been walking... I did my first new years gig when I was 12 years old... and that was before Nintendo. I can read and write... music AND words.. ( cant spell tho) No commitments... no going steady... no strings... no drama When you find Mr Rightstix.... no harm, no foul... good for you guys. I can cover 99% of the pop rock, country, jazz etc..... I do love to play and I certainly can cover your needs... Send me a link to the songs you want to cover at your next rehearsal... Lets see if we meld... What I'm looking for 1) Great People / Great Players 2) Great Chemistry 3) Great Music 4) Great Fun like that time in fifth grade when you couldnt stop laughing and milk came out of your nose. 5) Great Money 6) I dont want to rehears Proud Mary or Browned Eyed Girl more than once... unless you have an OUTRAGEOUS arrangement of the song. And I prefer to play SOME songs with "some interpretation" vs verbatim painting by the numbers. (If the players are sharp, we should be able to "jump back to the Head.. or Bridge, or Chorus" for many songs.) Or if the singer is working the crowd, he should be able to go anywhere in the song and/or stretch the song and we should be able to cover his shifts.. ( within reason and with a little communication) I need at least any three of the above. And I don’t do $75 gigs Send me links to as many songs as you'd like to cover in a rehearsal ( plus a few backups)... I wont be the reason you didn't have a joyful rehearsal. Yes I have quality equipment, Transportation, great drums with mics. I've done 1000 gigs I dont care about your life style but if you are falling down drunk or high... I'm out Thx for understanding.
