Join the OYSA Board and Staff for 2023 OYSA Annual General Meeting! Click here to see the schedule of workshops. Click here to Meet the Speakers. We are offering free workshops for club leadership, registrars, and referees. You must register for the workshops that you are attending. Attending the workshops is free of charge for anyone on the board of one of our member clubs. If you are going attend the OYSA Awards Gala, it is $65 per person, this includes dinner. You will register for both, it is the same ticket. If you have any questions regarding the OYSA AGM please connect with Nelson Larson, OYSA Executive Director, at [email protected]. OYSA is also providing 1 hotel room per club on Saturday evening. Please indicate in the form if you will be staying at the hotel. Anyone that does not register by December 10th will be on their own for hotel accommodations. AGM registration deadline is December 20th. Any registrations after December 20th the price will increase to $80 for the banquet.
