This knowledge was revealed in 1989 and synthesizes the IChing, Astrology, Kabbalah, Chakra System, Quantum Physics and Epigenetics. More than a sum of its parts, Human Design is one of the most powerful keys to awakening to your true self, for living without resistance, and for creating harmony in relationships and the world at large. It provides a practical means for deconditioning and decision making and it provides deeper insight into all facets of life. It empowers you with the information to live your life in sovereignty and surrender, simply enjoying the ride and no longer struggling swimming against the river. Lauren has been living and experimenting with this life-changing information for the past couple years on her journeys throughout Australia, her yoga path, and her path to "Know Thyself" and raise her own consciousness. She will provide you the foundational information to begin the EXPERIMENT of living life as your true self. You will also be supported with tools for deconditioning based on your unique designs. This workshop will be a blend of teaching and practical experience in fun small group activities. We will open and close the space with examples of how to decondition the "not self mind" that you can take with you for your daily practice.
