During the tasting event, there will be one Platter Master to talk Cheese. We will sample four (4) seasonal kinds of cheese, with their expertly paired accouterments (such as olives, salami, honey, sugared cranberries, etcettera). With that, we will have a brewer from Crow Hop to talk about the Beer. Alongisde the four cheese, we will have a specifically curated beverage to accompany all four dishes.
