Bring your yoga mat, pillows and blankets or large bath towels. If you have them, a yoga bolster, blocks, straps, and an eye pillow will be very useful, as well. The more items you bring, the better.
We'll begin with gentle movements and stretches, then spend time in very supported restorative yoga poses. These allow the deep tissues of the body to release. It also activates the parasympathetic side of the nervous system, which promotes better digestion and cellular repair.
