Join Neal Warner, oyster enthusiast to learn about the bivalve with the cult following. In this class, you'll learn to shuck safely, explore different species and growing regions, and leave with the confidence to serve oysters at your next party or holiday gathering! This class will not discuss oyster cookery - look elsewhere for po'boys and rockefeller. This is an exploration of oysters on the half shell. Tickets include 1 dozen oysters to practice with (and enjoy) during class.
