I decided to host a mental health support group because I have been looking for one based on my needs and I haven't been able to find one. I thought to myself...I'm in school for psychology, I give great advice, I've been on a healing journey...why not host one myself? I would love to help others with their healing journey and help the next person with some mental health techniques I have learned. Come join me for a time of self-love, self-care, and healing while we hold each other up!
