Dylan’s grandfather was a jazz guitarist who was great friends with Chet Atkins and owned a guitar shop in Houston. Dylan would sing in the shower and in the car, but wasn’t really “trying” to sing until he graduated College. When he graduated College, Dylan listened to his heart and pursued his dream of being an artist/musician. During this time, he discovered artists like John Mayer and Chris Stapleton. Between their incredible songwriting, guitar playing, and vocal talents, Dylan knew that this is what he wanted to do. In 2017, his journey as a new artist, singer, and songwriter began. As of 2020, Dylan has written over 30 songs and recorded 10 of them professionally. No matter what anyone says about his age or current abilities, Dylan knew what he was doing, what he loved, and looked forward to getting better each and every day. He hopes that his story encourages people to chase their dreams and for them to realize its never to late to be a rockstar!
