NAR's Code of Ethics, adopted in 1913, was one of the first codifications of ethical duties adopted by any business group. The Code ensures that consumers are served by requiring REALTORS® to cooperate with each other in furthering clients' best interests. NAR requires all members to complete the COE 3-hr CE Course on a regular basis. This mandatory course will provide an overview of the Code of Ethics, Articles of the Code, hearings, mediation, client and customer obligations and pertinent case studies that pertain to the Code. Not sure if you are compliant? Check your COE status here. Registration opens at 12:30pm & all participants wanting to receive CE credit have to be signed-in and present a valid photo ID to the instructor prior to the 1pm class start time. Late arrivals will not receive credit.
