Come unwind after the holidays and prepare for the new year! Join us for this gentle yoga class combined with an intention setting ceremony. This is a great time to focus on what brings you joy or inspires you and create goals surrounding that during the intention setting ceremony.
This class will be a gentle slow flow yoga combined with some journaling. Broghan will guide you into a headspace to journal and write a letter to yourself for the new year!
