At 645pm, we will gather outside the front doors of Vitality Wellness Center. To find the front doors, follow these directions: When you enter the parking lot of the Harvest Ranch Market, park wherever. (The Original Pancake House is at the opposite end of the parking lot). Then, you will walk toward The Sacred Sound of The Soul (you will see the signs from the parking lot). Keep walking past this building and in front of you there will be Champagne French Bakery and some stairs. Walk down the stairs, and past the bakery. You will see a fountain in the courtyard. And, across from the fountain is Vitality Wellness Center. The signs are white with purple and green writing. Vitality Wellness Center is the second door past the bakery. Once everyone has arrived and is checked in for this event, we will enter the sacred space together. You will find either your La-Z-Boy chair or your floor space to set up your yoga mat. You will arrange your space with blankets, pillows, bolsters, eye masks, and any other cozy things you desire to bring with you for this healing ceremony. Promptly at 7pm, we will begin with a short explanation from Brad Hunsaker, owner of Vitality Wellness Center, on how the Scalar Wave Therapy works with our bodies. I highly recommend you take 40 minutes of your time prior to attending this event to watch the YouTube video attached. It offers a very detailed explanation from the creator herself on how and why this technology works to heal your body. Then, we will move into Sacred Sound Healing. You will be bathed with the sounds of crystal bowls, a therapy harp, chimes, a gong, a buffalo drum, a deer drum, a rain stick and more. You will be bathed with Sacred Sound for 90 minutes followed by 20 minutes of silence to allow your body to integrate the vibrations. Sacred Sound is incredibly benefitial for your body. As humans, we live fast paced lives, rarely giving ourselves the space to rest, relax and restore, which offers our bodies time to realign our vibration and frequencies and to heal. This is the space that allows all of our stress to melt away and fall off. This is the space that allows the darkness to transform into light. This is the space that allows the trauma wounds to gently heal. During Sacred Sound, your body reaches a trance like state. The space where you feel like your dreaming, yet you are in control of the dream. You are awake, yet feel as though you are taking a nap. When your body reaches that space, it is able to regenerate and realign. Your body is also able to release, relax and feel safe. Often, we do not experience this sensation within the world we live. Mark Menolascino, MD explains that "everything in the universe has a vibrational frequency… Those vibrations interact with every cell in your body." In order words, the vibrations made by instruments can actually interact with your body's cells to create specific results: in this case, to encourage healing.
