Description

Join us for a friendsgiving version of the community cooking show! We'll be filming instructions for preparing several North American Indigenous dishes and featuring ingredients native to this part of turtle island. Anyone is welcome to join us for filming and be on camera or off. You are also welcome to eat with us! There is a sliding scale suggested donation per plate; one possible donation we couldn't add here is a commitment to co-hosting a future community cooking show. This monthly show is filmed and edited by Westside Video. Cooking instruction is provided by AAVE Cafe and special guests. Food is paid for by California Film & Cultural Center and generous donations from participants, viewers, and local grocery stores.
