Access to breastfeeding education and feeding support is not a privilege, it is a basic human right. Yet, families of color and low-income families, particularly in Southeast San Diego, often do not have access to breastfeeding support when they are struggling with challenges. San Diego Breastfeeding Center Foundation and Global Communities have created a weekly support group to fill this gap and reduce disparities through increased ease of access. Please stop by for a few minutes to check out our new clinic and get the group off to a wonderful start! There will be light refreshments served and attendees will have the opportunity to meet IBCLCs, CLE's and receive a free nursing bra, win a Ergo baby carrier. Please share the word and join us!
