The 2023 Missouri Wing Cadet Competition is plan to be held on 10 February 2023 through 12 February 2023 at the Ike Skelton Training Site in Jefferson City, Missouri. This year's competition will be held as prior activities were prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Units will be asked to arrive Friday evening and should plan on departing on Sunday afternoon. Teams will be required to have a minimum of one senior member escort, however two seniors are recommended. Cost is $45 per competitor (for a team of 6 total is $270). Senior member escorts will be charged $25 to cover meals. Cost for this year's activity will cover all food (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on Saturday. Breakfast on Sunday), printing costs for the activity, and awards. Please note that any other cost associated with the individual unit participating in the activity will be at the unit's expense. MOWG CP will not be funding fuel or other items for the competition. Billeting: Please note that billeting space at Ike Skelton is limited. Current plans will be to fill the available billet building on site. In the event that the activity becomes large enough, additional sleeping arrangements will be discussed with teams to include billeting in the main building on cots/air mattresses. Units participating should prepare for the possibility of needing to bring sleeping materials if billets are moved to the main building. When registering, each competitor will need to register with their name and other required information. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER UNDER PARENTS OR OTHER PERSONS NAME. Registrant name needs to be the member who is going to be attending the activity.
