Come join Wisteri-Yoga’s Gentle Affirmation Class which emphasizes breath-work (pranayama) and affirmations (mantras) while holding each yoga pose (asana). The affirmations and yoga poses target specific energy centers (chakras) from root to crown throughout the class. With breath and focus, a gentle flow (vinyasa) is woven, maintaining the Union (yoga) of mind and body. The hour’s practice is culminated with a guided body-point awareness (yoga nidra) during relaxation (savasana).
Outdoors when weather permits. Please bring your own mat.
