hanging sheet rock and finishing dry wall

--right now i am hanging sheet rock and finishing drywall. i am looking for someone with experience and tools to help, --i am also framing, in new door, wall, window, vinyl etc, and rebuilding storage area for apartments, etc, --also removing some panaling and replacing with sheet rock, etc, --sometimes look for survey pins, flag lines, grading lots, put in water lines, sewer lines, culverts and driveways, also meter boxes. --in the fall and spring i am usually planting seed today and spreading straw, --i could use someone to do some metal roofing, and removing old wall paper, finishing wall to paint, also putting down vinyl plank flooring, after people move out. --i am painting rentals, windows at the moment. remoding and doing some vinyl flooring. --i need some help me work on some duct work in a tight crawl space, also some insulation replacing and someone with experience, and small would be best. 6 foot, 300 pounds probably will not fit in there. --i can use ground works with trees, sometimes i need a climber --everything from crawl space work, hvac ducts, carpentry, all the way to the shingles on the roof. --grading, grass, trees, clearing, and even some demolition. --i pay by the hour, based on ability, experience, license, vehicle etc. --i work around spartanburg, roebuck, up to campobello, etc, map is not in the correct spot, most work is in the boiling springs, inman area. living close by is a plus, also some work in other districts 1,2, 3, 5, 6, and 7, not in 4 or 9 at the moment. --a rent to own trailer is possible for a worker, rent land. etc. i do not sell land.
