Comes with brand new stabilizing jacks, water hose, septic tubes, wheel blocks. No water damage and lots of storage. Once the power is fixed all the lights work, shower works, convection oven works, and it has central heat and air. I ALREADY GUTTED IT FOR RENOVATION! The couch, small table in the living room as well as the captain chair, and the make shift queen frame has since been removed. Will come with a huge roll of brown tile linoleum to lay down new floor In amazing shape to be a 1985! My loss and your gain!!
