Handyman to join our maintenance team.
You will be responsible for all repair duties including, identifying the need for repairs and responding to our maintenance requests. Proficient and hard-working, with exceptional problem-solving abilities. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition.
Responsibilities:
-Repair plumbing, electrical roofing and safety systems
-Regularly check buildings to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns.
-Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
-Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs
-Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
-Perform maintenance and light repairs.
-Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work Weekends for emergency calls
-Proven experience as handyman
-Good communication ability
-Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, roofing and paint
-Experience with tools and electrical equipment
