Meet Phineas🧡 He’s about 7 years old. He’s neutered, current on vaccines, and tested negative for FIV/FELV. He was adopted a year ago and unfortunately he was returned to me because he needs to be the ONLY cat in the household. He’s a sweet, laid back boy and he has his moments when he loves to play with his toys. He was originally an outside stray with little human amd animal interaction. He’s made a lot of progress within the year from being outside 24/7 to being inside 24/7. I’m hoping there’s someone out there that would love to give him a forever home. There is a rehoming fee.
