SUB-CONTRACTORS MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN COMMERCAIL CLEANING! Both bank locations are the same size. Two days a week per location Approx. 2 hrs per cleaning at each location. Cleaning is performed Tuesday and Thursday after 6:30 pm. Hard surface floors. Sweeping/mopping, vacuuming carpets, restroom cleaning, trash removal, sanitizing desks, counters, high touch areas, dusting, entrance door glass. Subcontractor must provide the equipment and cleaning supplies needed for the job. Candidate must also have a current business license, liability insurance ($2,000,000), and worker's comp or exemption. Only reply if you are experienced with commercial cleaning, have equipment that is required to complete this type of work, and can provide required documents. Experience is Required!
