We are looking for either 1 man or 2 men crew to update up to 90 apartments in next 6 months. We are working on apartments that have not had major work performed for years. Work to be completed can be up to but will be mostly in each apartment the following - painting, new flooring, ceramic tile work, new vanities, new countertops, new faucets, new lights, mini blinds, possible other minor items like door repairs, kitchen cabinet repairs. Not all work will be performed in each apartment. Work scope to be given to crew for each apartment. Prices are set by us. Need 3 apartments per week completed. We supply the parts. You supply labor. Payment made after inspectors complete and approve inspection of work. Work not approved by inspectors will be required to be redone at no additional payment to contractor. We want quality workmanship for quantity work. Work can start immediately.
