Winter Landscape Help - not snow

I am looking for Landscape construction help this winter on 2 large lakeside projects. Some experience with pavers/stone & planting would be helpful. We are a very small custom design build company that works all year round (as much as possible in the winter). We dont do snow plowing or shoveling. Pay based on experience & capabilities. Possibly have experience driving a bobcat/skidsteer or a dingo (smaller version), plate compactor & rototiller. Somewhat plant knowledgeable. **This will not technically be fulltime during the winter but when weather is applicable we will work. Once the weather breaks & the regular season begins we have a unique work schedule. 3 weeks of the month we work 5 days & 1 week a month we will work 3 or 4 days a week. We encourage our employees to get outside to travel & explore.
