Carpenters needed for Renovation Project starting on January 3, 2023 at Apartment Complex changing an apartment into a leasing office. Looking for skilled carpenter for framing headers, demolition of framing, shoring for new headers, building wood frame walls, sheathing of new openings made in exterior walls, wood trellis, wood horizontal fence. Job should last 3-4 weeks. 1099 income or W2 payroll, we are flexible. Other skills if you have would be better but not required, drywall, door hanging, wood trim, concrete sidewalks. Pay is based on skill but would start at $25/hour and go up to $32/hour. We are a large contractor in Orlando doing one project in Orange Park. Email for an interview time.
