Nail down hand scraped hardwood floors

I have about 1800 sqft of nail down hand scraped hardwood floors that need to be installed and finished. 400 of that is stairs. There is about 350 sqft of old glue down that needs to be removed as well as the base boards. The rest is carpet that also needs to be removed. 5/8 plywood 3/4 red oak, all materials are on-site. I need the labor.
